Sojourner Consumer Partners (\u201cSojourner\u201d), a private investment firm focused exclusively on the consumer sector, today announced the acquisition of certain assets of Lornamead North America from Lornamead, Inc. and Lornamead Group Limited (\u201cLornamead\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d). This transaction represents a strategic corporate carve-out, positioning the new Company as an independent entity poised for renewed growth and brand revitalization. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

The Company owns a portfolio of iconic personal care brands, including\u00a0Yardley London\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>,\u00a0Finesse\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, Aqua Net\u00ae<\/sup>, and\u00a0Lypsyl\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, and is the leading player in U.S. private label toothpaste and oral analgesics. Beloved by generations of consumers, these heritage brands are uniquely positioned to thrive in today\u2019s marketplace, where shoppers seek trusted, high-quality products with authentic stories. Lornamead is primed for a modern revival\u2014connecting with loyal consumers and new audiences alike across the omni-channel.<\/p>\n

The new Company will maintain its manufacturing and office facilities in Tonawanda, New York.<\/p>\n
